We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team, supporting the delivery of wastewater network maintenance and repair projects. In this role, you will take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will oversee site teams and subcontractors, monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders, you will play a vital part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption.

We focus on keeping sewer networks operating efficiently through planned maintenance, emergency response and rehabilitation works. Our capability is underpinned by a substantial fleet of specialist vehicles including vacuum tankers, jetting units and CCTV survey equipment, supported by advanced technology for rapid diagnostics and effective solutions. What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated individual who can lead teams and drive performance on site, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will bring:
Previous supervisory experience within utilities, construction, or civil engineering (wastewater experience desirable)
Good understanding of wastewater networks and civil engineering principles
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
NRSWA Streetworks certification (essential)
