Location: Middleton
Salary: £43,000 + Pension + Bonus Scheme + Life assurance X3 + Health Care
Days - Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Key Skills
* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Experience of CMMS
* Understanding of PPM/Reliability
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
* Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities.
* Plan and coordinate corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment failures. Ensure alignment with Production requirements and Production schedules.
* Collaborate with engineering, production, and HSE teams to prioritize maintenance tasks in line with operational and safety requirements.
* Manage work orders, spare parts, and resource allocation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal maintenance policies.
* Monitor contractor performance and coordinate external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
* Track and analyze maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment availability, mean time between failures, maintenance costs).
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in reliability, asset management, and maintenance efficiency.
* Provide input into capital projects and equipment upgrades from a maintenance planning perspective.
