HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable Packing and Process Operatives. For a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford
To work Days Fixed on 4 on /4 off basis over week including weekends .

Predictable Shifts: 4-on, 4-off rota (12-hour shifts) On Fixed Days or Nights
Work-Life Balance: Choose fixed Days (7.00 to 19.00) or Nights (19:00 to 7.00)
Full Equipment: All PPE provided at no additional cost to you The Role :
Working within a modern dynamic factory team responsible for packaging high-quality food products.
Your daily tasks will include:
Handling ingredients and materials ( some lifting manual handling )
Operating production and packing machinery safely
Maintaining safety and quality standards
Managing clean, efficient shift handovers
Communication of line production, reporting improvement within the process Food production experience is a huge plus ( training will be given ) , but a great attitude is essential
