Overview
We're hiring a Technical Shopfloor Engineer to support production operations within a leading manufacturing environment. This role focuses on resolving technical issues on the shopfloor, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Support production teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues beyond operator level
Provide a shopfloor engineering perspective to improve efficiency and performance
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Identify and support the resolution of non-conformance issues
Requirements
Strong experience in manufacturing or lineside engineering
Knowledge of regulated production environments
Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Working Pattern
Double day shifts (20% uplift):
06:00 - 13:10 / 13:30 - 20:40 (alternating weekly)
