Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor | Construction | West Yorkshire | £50k - £65k + Package

We're currently working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a varied portfolio of commercial construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering commercial, industrial, logistics, office and mixed-use developments across the North.

You'll work closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably from procurement through to final account.

What You'll Be Doing;

Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account

Procuring and managing subcontractor packages

Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports

Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance

Supporting contract administration and risk management

Working closely with site teams, clients and the supply chain

What You'll Need;

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor

Experience delivering commercial, industrial or mixed-use construction projects

Good knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial processes

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Relevant construction or commercial qualification
