Location: Lambeth, SW2
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: Inner London Main Pay Scale (M1–M6)(Apply online only) per day + SEN Allowance £2,885 – £5,690 per annum (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Inspire, Support and Transform Lives A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth (SW2) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher who is committed to helping children with Special Educational Needs thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will teach and support pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering personalised learning experiences that enable every child to achieve their full potential.
Interviews will be arranged ASAP, and the school reserves the right to appoint before the closing date for an outstanding candidate.
The Role As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agencies.
Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised interventions.
Monitor pupil progress and celebrate achievements.
Support pupils' communication, social development and independence skills.We Are Looking For The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching pupils with SEND in a primary setting.
Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and behaviour management.
Be passionate about inclusive education.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Be committed to improving outcomes for children with additional needs.Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and exceptional Early Career Teachers with relevant SEN experience.
