Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Cannock / Rugeley - Start Date: September 2026
Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is ready to venture out into new schools and nurseries throughout the new academic year to gain experience in a variety of new school environments?
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is dedicated and passionate in providing the very best levels of care and education to each child and classroom that they encounter. Your role will include working within a variety of school settings on a temporary basis, supporting as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner; this role can be totally flexible to your lifestyle whether that requires day-to-day work/shorter-term/longer-term roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high quality support to all pupils within the EYFS key stage.
Assist in creating a nurturing learning environment by upkeeping and maintaining behaviour standards and policies in line with school requirements.
The ability to work using your own initiative, comfortable supporting staff with lessons and interventions.
Familiarity of the EYFS Framework is essential.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children at all times.What we're looking for:
Will have quite flexible availability, open minded in supporting a particular school or nursery setting on a longer-term basis.
A qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (required).
Has strong and valuable experience working within primary or nursery settings.
A kind, caring nature which is rooted by a passion for children's learning and welfare.
Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one).
Can provide two recent professional references.
Is able to commute to Cannock and Rugeley.
Is fully registered (or willing to register) with Academics.Pay £93 - £100 per day, depending on experience. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
