Qualified Primary Teacher Required - Supportive & Inclusive School in B14
Aspire People is currently recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B14 area. This role would suit a dedicated teacher who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships with pupils, and creating engaging learning experiences that enable every child to thrive.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best.
* Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported.
* Work closely with colleagues and support staff to meet the individual needs of pupils.
* Provide tailored support for children with a range of additional learning needs, including those accessing the school's specialist SEN provision.
* Support pupils with aspects of their personal development and wellbeing, including personal care where required.
* Promote positive behaviour through consistent routines, encouragement, and relationship-based approaches.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
* A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach to teaching.
* Confidence in adapting learning to meet a range of individual needs.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
