Job Title: French Speaking Sales Executive

Location: Bilston

Salary: up to £35,000 + Bonus ( Depending On Experience )

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing precision engineering manufacturer, operating within highly regulated sectors.

Due to continued growth and investment, our client is seeking a French Speaking Sales Executive to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to develop their career within a specialist and technically focused environment.

Reporting directly to the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing both existing and new customer accounts within French-speaking markets. This is a key position within the sales team, requiring a proactive approach to business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities

* Achieve and exceed KPI targets including sales revenue, customer engagement, and new account generation

* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal processes

* Proactively generate new business and re-engage dormant accounts

* Attend industry exhibitions and visit customers where required

* Identify and develop new markets and commercial opportunities

* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

* Work collaboratively across departments to ensure excellent service delivery

* Ensure all sales activity aligns with company margin expectations

* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Experience Needed:

* Fluent in French (essential)

* Strong understanding of French business culture and working practices

* Previous sales experience

* Highly motivated with strong drive and determination

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

* Full UK driving licence
