Class 1 Driver

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Bridgend.

We have ongoing work available with regular shifts throughout the week and weekends, making this an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent hours and long-term work.

What's on Offer?

Starting from £15.00 per hour
Regular, ongoing work
Weekday and weekend shifts available
Mixture of day and night shifts
Flexible shift patterns

The Role

Trunk runs between depots and distribution centres
Multi-drop deliveries
Vehicle checks and completion of delivery paperwork
Some handballing/loading and unloading may be required
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence
Minimum 2 years' driving experience
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Good knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations
