Job Title: QTS Tutor - GCSE Core
Location: Buckinghamshire
Pay Rate: £25-£35 per hour
Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and curriculum- aligned tuition in Maths and English up to GCSE level.
Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs.
Support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
Experience teaching Maths and/or English at secondary GCSE level.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt lessons to different learners.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
Desired:
Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs.
Background in tutoring or delivering targeted interventions.This is an excellent role for a qualified teacher who is passionate about helping young people succeed in their GCSE's while benefitting from flexible hours that fit around your schedule.
