Customer Service Advisor – Stockport
£24,500+ monthly bonuses
Are you looking for your “big break” in the customer service world?
We are on the hunt for those who are working in retail, care, or hospitality, currently dreaming of working in an office environment, one with progression, better work life balance with 1PM early finishes 2 weeks out of 4, and endless rewards in a family feel environment.
Week 1 shifts: 7am-1.15pm Monday-Friday
Week 2 shifts:1.15pm- 9pm Monday-Friday
2X Saturdays per month
We promise to give you the tools to have a successful career, which includes:
* Fully paid training for the first 12 weeks in the role
* Immediately earn bonuses up to £210 per month
* Move into our Senior Team within 6 months in the business
* Gain a senior title, and move into our banking division, gaining banking expertise
* A certificate & accreditation that’s recognised in the industry
* An increase in basic salary when you reach 12 months with us
* ANOTHER increase in basic salary after 2 years with us
* Floor walk, assist new starters, coach and become our next Team Leader…
