This role is suited to an ARB-registered Architect with ideally several years post-qualification experience who is confident leading projects through all RIBA work stages and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and design-led practice.

Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA work stages
Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules
Coordinate and manage project delivery alongside internal teams and external consultants
Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
Prepare and review technical information in accordance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation
Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team
Contribute to design development, project bids and client presentations where required
Attend site visits, design meetings and CPD events to maintain technical knowledge and industry awarenessIdeal Candidate
ARB-registered Architect
Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and construction detailing
Proficient in Revit with a good understanding of BIM workflows
Experience using NBS specification software is desirable
Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
Confident managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
