The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils on a 1:1 basis, providing consistent support to help improve behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. You will work alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support plans and encourage positive choices throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with pupils while maintaining clear boundaries. Previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs, SEMH, or ADHD is essential.
