Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their delivery team on a Civil Engineering infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be empowered to lead from the front, driving a "right first time" culture while contributing to the long-term success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works
Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports
Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery
Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks
Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance
Review and approve RAMS, ITPs, and engineering documentation
Collaborate with Project Directors and Works Managers to meet key milestones
Ensure efficient and high-quality handover of completed worksAbout You
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure
CSCS card
