We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Manager at their franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff. The Business Manager role is a key leadership position offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales management professional to further their career within a reputable dealership group.
Benefits for the Successful Business Manager:
£30,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE of £55,000+ per annum
Personal company car
30 days annual holiday allowance (pro-rated for bank holidays worked)
Access to manufacturer-accredited training and development programmes

Workplace pension scheme
Guaranteed 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week
No Sunday work except in March and September (hours: 10:00am-4:00pm)

Lead, coach, and support a team of three sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices and valuing customer feedback
Organise and implement engaging sales events and promotional campaigns
Develop targeted sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values and service standards
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive products and market conditions
Contribute to team performance reviews and departmental objectivesRequirements as a Business Manager will include:
Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved dealership, ideally in a busy brand environment
Previous experience managing small to medium-sized dealerships preferred
Strong background in finance and insurance sales (F&I)
Demonstrable success in leading sales teams and achieving targets
Stable employment history with a track record of success
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Proactive and customer-focused approach
