A global real estate consultancy is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their London team. The successful Building Surveyor will be joining an established consultancy with a strong commercial property client base and a broad mix of project and professional instructions.

This is a role for a Building Surveyor who wants exposure to good quality work across offices, industrial, retail and residential assets, while developing within a large, multi-disciplinary team.

The Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor will provide a varied range of building surveying services across commercial property portfolios.

You will work alongside experienced surveyors and consultants, delivering technical advice to established clients while continuing to build your own project and professional experience.

Duties of the Building Surveyor to include:

Contract administration on small- and large-scale projects
* Project management and project monitoring
* Undertaking building surveys across a range of property types
* Technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals
* Party wall matters
* Preparing planned maintenance schedules
* Supporting client relationships and wider business development activityThe Person?

The successful Building Surveyor will have previous experience delivering building surveying services within a consultancy or property environment.

The Building Surveyor will ideally have:

MRICS qualification
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related property discipline
* Experience across commercial property, including office, industrial and retail assets
* Experience working within a multi-disciplinary surveying environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to manage client relationshipsIn Return………?

£52,000 - £65,000
