About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Foodservice Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of food products — fresh, frozen, and ambient — to our customers across kent / london . This role is ideal for drivers with a 3.5t–12t licence, who are committed to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate company vehicles safely, including 3.5t–12t vans and trucks.

· Deliver foodservice products to restaurants, cafés, pubs, schools, and care homes.

· Load and unload deliveries safely, ensuring goods are secure and handled according to health and safety regulations.

· Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently, meeting delivery schedules.

· Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures when required.

· Report vehicle issues, accidents, or route problems promptly.

· Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

· Assist with warehouse or yard duties as required (e.g., vehicle checks, stock handling).

Requirements

· Valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive 3.5t–12t vehicles (LGV licence preferred if 12t).

· Previous delivery driving experience preferred, ideally in foodservice or FMCG.

· Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading heavy goods using pallet trucks or trolleys.

· Excellent time management and route planning skills.

· Strong communication skills and professional attitude.

· Reliability and punctuality are essential.

· Knowledge of basic vehicle checks and compliance with road safety regulations.
