We are currently seeking a highly skilled Estimator / VDA to join a reputable Accident Repair Centre located in Croydon, Surrey. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their career within a well-established, supportive environment. Benefits for the successful Estimator / VDA:
Up to £45,000 basic salary plus bonus, with an OTE of approximately £50,000
Flexible working hours with potential for hybrid arrangements
Industry-leading training and development programmes
Monday to Friday working week with negotiable hours
Modern, state-of-the-art facilities
Supportive, family-friendly working environmentDuties of the Estimator / VDA:
Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed estimates
Confidently operate and utilise the Audatex estimating system
Upsell services where appropriate to maximise repair profitability
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a professional company image
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flowRequirements of the Estimator / VDA:
Proven experience as an Estimator / VDA, ideally from a bodyshop or dealership environment
Proficient in using Audatex estimating system
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong motivation and desire to progress within the role
Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
