We are currently seeking a Service Manager / Front of House Manager to join a reputable car garage in Dulwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to progress their career within a busy, customer-focused environment. Our client is offering a friendly working atmosphere and stable working hours, making this an attractive position for experienced individuals in the automotive industry.
Key benefits of the Service Manager:
Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
OTE of £40,000 with potential for performance-based bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am - 6pm
Rotational Saturday mornings, approximately once every two weeks

Supportive and community-oriented team environmentDuties of the Service Manager:
Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly service
Oversee workshop operations and liaise with technicians and service advisors
Manage service booking schedules and ensure timely completion of work
Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with staff training and mentoring as needed
Monitor service quality and implement improvementsRequirements of the Service Manager:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar senior customer service role within an automotive workshop or dealership
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Full UK driving licence is essential
Local individuals within 5 miles of Dulwich are preferred
