Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager

West Dublin (with some travel to company sites in Kildare & Meath, as required)

Circa €65k plus up-to 10% bonus and package

Delighted to have partnered exclusively with this leading Transport company, who are seeking an experienced and motivated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing HSEQ standards across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, you will provide expert advice and support to managers and teams, helping to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements while promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and ISO-certified management systems.
Provide expert HSEQ guidance and support to managers and employees across all departments.
Monitor performance data, incidents, audits, and trends, identifying opportunities
Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and support external certification and compliance audits.
Support the delivery of the organisation's HSEQ strategy
Assist with incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.
Manage contractor safety processes and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
Build positive relationships with regulatory bodies & Auditors
Prepare and submit required regulatory, Group, and management reports.
Identify training needs and help develop HSEQ training programmes across the business.
Provide leadership and support to the HSEQ Officer.
Essential Requirements

A recognised Occupational Health and Safety qualification (Level 8 Diploma or equivalent).
A minimum of five years' experience in a Health and Safety role.
Experience working with ISO management systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
Full clean driving licence.
