Progress Partner (SEND Teaching Assistant)
Full-Time | September Start | Immediate Availability Required
Salary: £20,000 - £23,800 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Progress Partner (SEND Teaching Assistant) to join a specialist educational setting supporting children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND professional who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The Role
As a Progress Partner, you will:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to support individual learning and development plans.
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
Encourage independence and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
Support pupils with their academic, social, and personal development.Essential Requirements
Previous SEND experience within a school or educational setting.
A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate.
Registered on the DBS Update Service.
Available to start immediately and commit to a September start.
Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.What's on Offer?
