Building Surveyor
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits + APC Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a growing and highly respected property and construction consultancy as part of its expanding North West team.
With a strong pipeline of residential projects across the region, this role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of developments including new build residential schemes, refurbishment projects, high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings, and heritage projects. You'll be joining an established team of Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors within a collaborative environment that places a strong emphasis on professional development and career progression.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their project exposure, work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors, and receive structured support towards professional accreditation.
The Role
Delivering Building Surveying services across a varied portfolio of residential projects.
Working on new build developments, refurbishments, apartment blocks and heritage buildings.
Undertaking inspections, surveys and technical reporting.
Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion.
Liaising with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
Managing multiple projects across the North West region.About You
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
At least 2 years' Building Surveying experience.
Candidates currently working towards APC qualification are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and client facing skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop professionally.What's On Offer?
