Are you a skilled digital marketing professional eager to lead impactful projects? This is a great opportunity to utilise your expertise and support a well-established company during a busy period. You will contribute to digital growth, manage key campaigns, and work closely with internal teams and external partners, making a difference through your strategic and hands-on approach.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Coordinating digital marketing campaigns, website development, and digital channel activities to meet organisational goals.
Managing relationships with digital agencies, website developers, and external vendors.
Overseeing website performance, digital development priorities, and ongoing optimisation.
Monitoring digital analytics using tools like GA4 to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
Supporting digital acquisition activities such as email marketing, SEO, social media, and display advertising.
Acting as a key liaison between marketing, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless digital operations.
Leading data-driven testing and reporting to enhance digital strategies.
Assisting in maintaining campaign continuity and strategic oversight in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Temporary Digital Marketing Manager Rewards

Between £23.33 and £28.46 per hour, plus holiday pay, paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll.
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), typically working between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Starting ASAP, with an expected duration of around three months, with the potential to extend.
After training, hybrid working options to work from home three days a week.
Parking is available on site.

Proven experience delivering website projects or CMS implementations, such as WordPress
Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and digital best practices.

Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.

Location
Based in Witney with parking on site, the role offers hybrid work options after initial training.
