Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs?
We are working with a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Twickenham that is seeking an enthusiastic Post 16 Teacher to join their team from September.
The Role:
Teach and support Post 16 students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Foster independence, confidence, and life skills to prepare students for adulthood.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where every student can thrive. The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience working with students with SEN (desirable but not essential).
Is patient, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every learner.
Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people to reach their full potential. What We Offer:
