Talentmark are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a multinational, multi-industry company, on a contract basis until 31 December 2026.

Salary:
£14.92 per hour (PAYE).

Executive Assistant Role:

Organise team meetings and events. Keep accurate minutes.
Book and coordinate travel for the team.
Help plan internal and external training sessions.
Build and maintain team dashboards and reports.
Order IT kit, mobile devices, PPE and other office supplies.
Support onboarding for new starters.Your Background:

Proven experience in an admin or coordination role.
Sharp attention to detail. Strong organisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Confident managing several stakeholders at once.
Good with MS Office and collaboration tools.The Company:
Our client is a multinational company in a range of industries including renewable energy and healthcare products.

The Location:
This role is based at our client's site near Glasgow. It is fully office based, with occasional time at the Birmingham office.
