Nursery Practitioner – Full Time or Part Time
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: uo to 13.60 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Chelmsford for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team.

Working Pattern
Full-time: 40 hours per week over 4 days, or 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Part-time opportunities are also available
Essential Requirements
Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or above) is essential
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning and development.
Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and wellbeing.
