About the Role

TimePlan Education are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a nurturing and vibrant early years setting in Roehampton on a part-time basis (3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday).

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating inspiring learning experiences for young children. As a Nursery Teacher, you will lead the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children's development in a stimulating, inclusive, and caring environment.

You will play a key role in fostering children's confidence, curiosity, and love of learning while building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being

Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment

Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers

Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to their learning journeys

Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and enriching early years setting

Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Contribute to the ongoing development of teaching and learning within the nursery

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early years teaching qualification

Experience working within a nursery or early years setting

A nurturing, patient, and child-centred approach

Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
