Maintenance Operative – Leeds North Coverage
£15.03 per hour | Immediate Start
Based in Leeds City Centre

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for 2 Maintenance Operatives to join their Leeds North sites on an immediate basis.
This role involves preparing student accommodation for new arrivals, ensuring rooms are completed to a high standard and ready for occupancy.

Duties include:

Basic painting and decorating
Minor plumbing repairs
Replacing silicone in showers and bathrooms
Furniture repairs and general maintenance
Carrying out room checks and completing remedial worksWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in general maintenance or property repairs
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
A good eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWorking Days & Hours:

5 days out of 7 – will include weekends, as it’s shift work
Shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pmHourly Pay Rate:

£15.03 per hour

You will most likely be based at one site, so a driving licence is not essential if you have relevant experience and can travel to the location reliably.
