Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Coventry, Warwickshire. Benefits:

Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
On-target earnings of approximately £38,000, including bonus potential
Bonus up to £3,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 – 17:00
Saturdays on a rota basis
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Conducting servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to industry standards
Preparing, maintaining, and inspecting new, used, and courtesy vehicles
Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and correctly on the first visit
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and workshop staff
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all timesRequirements:

IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
MOT qualification advantageous; hybrid/electric vehicle experience desirable but not essential
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
