Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Cardiff, has an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Operator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis due to continued business growth. This is a great opportunity for anyone with goods in or despatch experience.

The successful Logistics Operator should have:
Previous experience working within a goods-in/goods-out or warehouse environment.
Experience within a manufacturing or production setting.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
A proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
Good organisational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
In this role, the Logistics Operator will be responsible for:
Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Assisting with the packaging, preparation and despatch of customer orders ready for carrier collection.
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
Managing dry stores and supporting the movement of materials to the relevant departments.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe goods-in/goods-out area while ensuring all paperwork is distributed and filed appropriately.
Our client is offering the successful Logistics Operator a salary off over £26,000, plus a competitive benefits package and holiday allowance.
