The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients. Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting.
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers across multiple industries.
Qualify prospective clients and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop an understanding of the company's portfolio, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, managed IT services and technology procurement.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and technical teams to maximise business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales activity.
Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends.About You
Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Internal Sales, Telesales or Lead Generation role is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A confident, resilient and proactive approach to business development.
Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering value to customers.
An interest in technology, IT services and digital transformation.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Experience using CRM platforms is advantageous.What's on Offer
