Up to £30,000 basic + bonus

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-energy business within the energy sector that is looking to expand its commercial team with ambitious and driven B2B Sales Executives.
This is a brilliant opportunity for individuals who are either:
Looking to start a long-term career in sales with real hunger, drive, and ambition
OR
Already experienced in sales and seeking a new challenge where they can develop further, take on more responsibility, and progress their career
Our client is building out their existing sales function and is looking for people who want to grow with the business, not just do a job.
The Role
Proactively contact business customers through outbound cold calling
Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into sales
Deliver confident, structured, and engaging sales conversations
Identify customer needs and provide tailored energy solutions
Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Consistently work towards and exceed KPIs and sales targets
About You
We are keen to speak with individuals who have:
A passion for sales and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in the industry
OR existing experience in B2B sales / telesales / customer-facing roles
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
A resilient, energetic, and target-driven mindset
Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
Good attention to detail and CRM discipline
Above all, we are looking for people who are hungry, motivated, and eager to develop within a growing sales team.
