FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Wellingborough
Shift Options:

PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£14.44 per hour)
Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (£15.13 per hour)We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading window manufacturing company based in Wellingborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock and finished products around the warehouse and production areas
Packing window products and components ready for dispatch
Assisting with general warehouse duties
Manual handling of products and materials
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting production and dispatch teams as requiredRequirements:
Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
Good attention to detail
Willingness to undertake warehouse and manual handling duties alongside FLT work
