Sales Support Specialist
Type: Full time, office based

About the role
We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help manage the online customer journey and support the wider sales team. This role is key to keeping orders moving smoothly, customers informed, and internal processes running efficiently.

You'll be hands on with order processing, customer updates, pricing, and supporting day to day sales activity.

What you'll be doing
You'll process online and phone orders, keep customers updated throughout, and provide information on stock availability and alternatives where needed. You'll also take orders over the phone and help ensure pricing is accurate and competitive.

Alongside this, you'll maintain customer records, support bid portal registrations, and feed back any website or product issues to the relevant teams. You'll work closely with the sales team to help drive performance and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What we're looking for
Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to multitask and stay on top of priorities. Experience in sales support or administration is useful, and CRM experience is a plus.

What's on offer

£27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
