Talentmark are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing diagnostics company on a permanent basis.
Salary: Competitive
Location: The ideal candidate for this role will be based within commuting distance of Whiteley, and will be happy to travel across the UK to client sites.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has a couple of years’ experience within the repair and servicing of machines, to have a positive impact on the growth of our client’s service department.
Key duties will include:
Commissioning of instruments at customer sites and providing user training.
Document service activities, failures, and corrective actions with high accuracy.
Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Manufacturing on reliability, serviceability, and design improvements.
Plan travel and coordinate with customers independently.
Your Background:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent apprenticeship/HNC.
Experience servicing equipment in the field and in a regulated environment.
Flexibility to travel and for overnight stays.
Full UK driving license.
