Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid / Flexible Hours)

Location: Berkshire / Surrey border (Hybrid working between home and regional offices)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (Pro-rata, negotiable based on hours)

About the Role

A growing, high-quality health and social care provider is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role offering genuine flexibility around working hours. You will take full ownership of our digital presence, driving both private client enquiries and care staff recruitment campaigns.

The ideal candidate will transition our website management in-house, build local brand authority, and run targeted lead-generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

*

Website & SEO Management: Transfer the current outsourced website to an in-house platform (WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace); manage hosting, domains, site speed, local SEO, and landing page conversion optimization.

*

Lead Generation (PPC & SEO): Develop and deliver high-quality PPC and organic campaigns targeting private clients and local authority referrals.

*

Content & Social Media: Create empathetic, educational content, video testimonials, and staff spotlights; manage Google Business Profiles and daily social media presence to humanise the brand.

*

Recruitment Marketing: Run targeted recruitment campaigns for care staff on Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, and TikTok to build a consistent talent pipeline.

*

Community Engagement: Promote local community involvement, charity events, and industry awards through digital channels.

*

Analytics & Reporting: Track and report monthly on KPIs including cost per enquiry, cost per hire, and website conversion rates.

*

Compliance: Ensure all digital assets and messaging comply with GDPR, CQC, Local Authority, and NHS transparency requirements.

Qualifications & Experience Required

*

2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally within a service-based or regulated industry (social care experience is highly desirable).

*

A recognised professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Level 4-6) is a distinct advantage.

*

Demonstrable experience in website creation, content management systems, hosting, and domain setup.

*

High proficiency in SEO, local SEO, and multi-channel campaign management (Google, Meta, TikTok, Indeed).

*

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write empathetically for families, stakeholders, and jobseekers.

Personal Attributes

*

Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.

*

Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

*

Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
