Role: HR Business Partner - Taunton
Location: Taunton (hybrid)

Our client are continuing their ambitious growth journey, with significant organisational change and integration activity underway. They are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their People Team - someone who can operate at pace, manage complexity and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver impactful, people‑centred solutions.
Must be able to travel to and work from Taunton (Somerset) on a weekly basis, and Rochford (Essex) on a regular basis as needed.
Job Description
Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across multiple business units
Lead and support complex change programmes, including redundancy, TUPE and restructuring
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, coaching, performance and organisational development
Support integration activity, including M&A-related HR work (highly advantageous)
Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice aligned to business goals
Build strong, credible relationships at all levels
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Travel regularly to sites
Qualifications
A highly capable, well-rounded HR generalist
Proven HRBP experience within complex, fast-paced environments
Strong employment law knowledge and ability to apply it confidently
Demonstrated experience of:
Organisational change and restructures
TUPE (incoming or outgoing)
M&A or integration experience (desired, not essential)
Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders
