We are looking for an experienced care assistant to become the new Team Leader at our residential care home Newbury, West Berkshire.
As the new Team Leader you will ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents’ needs and wishes and develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.
You will also show warmth and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient issues and are committed to the care and well-being of patients. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (with medication) is desirable but not necessary for this position.
