Teaching Assistant - Corby (Primary School)

Contract: Full-Time | Permanent Preferred | Long-Term Supply or Fixed-Term Considered

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Corby that is seeking to appoint committed Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2026. The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis; however, long-term supply and fixed-term arrangements will also be considered for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to gain valuable experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
The Role
Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary age range
Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with SEND or additional learning needs
Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day
Supporting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, nurturing classroom environment
Assisting with targeted interventions to support progress in core subjects such as English and Maths
Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and resilience
Supporting wider pastoral care and classroom routines where required
