We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will support grounds maintenance and landscaping activities, ensuring outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate lawn mowers and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
Cut grass, trim hedges, and maintain gardens and outdoor spaces.
Remove garden waste, leaves, branches, and other debris.
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
Assist with general landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Keep equipment clean and report any faults or maintenance needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a labourer, grounds maintenance operative, or landscaper is preferred.
Ability to use lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and other gardening equipment.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
