Job Overvie

wWe are seeking a Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator to support daily manufacturing, warehouse, and processing operations across multiple production facilities. The role is primarily focused on industrial powder packing and repacking while ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and Health & Safety standards

.The successful candidate will assist with production activities, stock management, goods dispatch, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of GMP, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibiliti

esProduction & Processing (60

%)Carry out production, packing, and repacking activities for industrial powders, food products, and chemical
s.Support manufacturing operations across multiple production site
s.Assist with food production and warehouse processing activitie
s.Maintain stock levels in collaboration with the Process Lea
d.Perform cleaning activities to maintain hygiene and regulatory standard
s.Support laboratory formulation and other processing activities as require
d.Review production documentation to ensure right-first-time complianc
e.Assist in preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instruction

Warehouse & Inventory Management (1

0%)Monitor and manage stock leve
ls.Produce weekly and monthly stock repor
ts.Ensure packaging materials and consumables are availab
le.Conduct stock audits and inventory chec
ks.Scan documents, take photographs, and maintain accurate electronic recor
ds.Maintain work instructions in line with BRC, FSSC, and ISO standar
ds.Liaise with Quality Control and Health & Safety teams to ensure complian

ce.
Goods Dispatch & Logistics (

10%)Arrange transport for finished goods, including deliveries and collecti
ons.Coordinate with customers and transport providers regarding shipme
nts.Maintain accurate dispatch and collection reco
rds.Support goods-in and goods-out activit

ies.
Health, Safety & Compliance

(10%)Handle materials safely in accordance with SDS and COSHH requirem
ents.Maintain high food safety and hygiene stand
ards.Safely load and unload raw materials and finished prod
ucts.Report hazards, near misses, and incid
ents.Verify deliveries against purchase or
ders.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environ

ment.
General Warehouse Suppor

t (5%)Provide support to other warehouse and production team members as req
uired.Assist with additional operational tasks to meet business

needs.
Training & Continuous Improveme
