Site Engineer required for a Energy from Waste project in Wisbech.

1 month holiday cover

Located in Wisbech, Peterborough. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our diverse projects, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality construction services.

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to meet project deadlines.

Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress.

Assist in the planning and execution of construction activities.

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.

Monitor project budgets and timelines effectively.

Ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).

Electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
