We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Wakefield that’s on the lookout for an Art and Design Teacher to join their team for the full academic year starting September 2026. Think supportive leadership, engaged students, and a department that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What you’ll be doing:

Teaching Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4
Inspiring students to explore their creativity and build confidence in their work
Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons
Contributing to a collaborative and creative department

What we’re looking for:

UK QTS (or equivalent)
A passion for Art and Design and bringing it to life in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
