Key Responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in improving digital customer experiences by:
Owning and enhancing customer journeys from discovery through to booking
Identifying friction points and delivering seamless, user-friendly experiences
Analysing customer behaviour using ContentSquare to generate actionable insights
Leading UX input into A/B testing and optimisation programmes
Working closely with Product and commercial teams to improve conversion
Conducting user research to validate ideas and inform design decisions
Championing accessibility and best practice across digital experiences
Defining UX standards to ensure consistency across all customer journeys
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who can bring both creativity and analytical thinking, including:
Proven experience in a UX or digital optimisation role
Strong customer journey analysis and optimisation skills
Experience using behavioural analytics platforms such as ContentSquare
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation tools such as AB Tasty
Experience working alongside Product or commercial teams
The ability to translate insight into practical improvements
Experience within high-volume digital environments is desirable
Knowledge of improving transactional or booking journeys
Accessibility experience and a passion for inclusive design
