The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you'll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
* Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
* Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
* ADHD and other complex needs
You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
* A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
