THE JOB
We are hiring for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment across the EMEA region for an international company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple European markets. As part of a collaborative global team you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries.
Typical job responsibilities are:
* Source, screen, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
* Conduct competency-based telephone and virtual interviews
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records
* Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre-employment process
* Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting
* Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms
* Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe
* Contribute to cross-border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets
* Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Fluent German language skills (essential)
* Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Full Cycle Recruiting
* Experience recruiting across European or international markets, recruitment within professional services or corporate environments
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies
* A collaborative, customer-focused approach.
