We're recruiting on behalf of a growing national organisation for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of compliance contracts across the region.
If you're an experienced electrical professional with strong leadership skills and a background in managing repairs, maintenance, testing and installation contracts, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business that offers stability, autonomy and long-term career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
*
Managing electrical compliance, maintenance, repair and installation contracts.
*
Leading and supporting teams of supervisors and engineers.
*
Building strong relationships with clients, customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
*
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
*
Managing contract performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
*
Identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
*
Maintaining compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety legislation.
What We're Looking For
You'll have previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or in a similar role, together with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Essential qualifications include:
*
City & Guilds BS7671 (Current Edition)
*
City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 or 2391 Testing & Inspection
*
City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
*
CSCS Card (where applicable)
*
Full clean UK driving licence
*
Clean DBS
You'll also have experience of:
*
Managing electrical service, maintenance and installation programmes.
*
Leading engineering and supervisory teams.
*
Negotiating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
*
Delivering exceptional customer service.
*
Working effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
*
Using Microsoft Office and other IT systems confidently.
