Data Lead

My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Data Lead for a 6 month contract inside IR35 based in London offering 2 days per week remote but requiring 3 days per week on-site.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Use case prioritisation for Data scientists, Knowledge of data science workflows and Knowledge Graph concepts to direct and quality-assure outputs from Data Scientists and AI Engineers. Background in coordinating data workstreams across multiple delivery pods, experience defining data lineage frameworks, access control models, and data quality governance standards, experienced engaging with client SMEs to run workshops, validate requirements, and manage working-level expectations independently, Experience with Medallion architecture, Data Models, schema standards, and ingestion framework patterns on Azure Databricks, Strong experience in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture, schema design, and data modelling, Strong understanding of data lineage, governance, and access control in financial services and Confident working-level communicator with business and technical stakeholders.
