Purpose
Lead organisational change activities across the SAP transformation programme, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of new SAP processes, systems and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Change Management strategy aligned to programme objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement across business and IT teams.
- Assess organisational change impacts and support business readiness activities.
- Coordinate communications, change interventions and leadership engagement.
- Work closely with Functional Leads, PMO and Training teams to ensure adoption plans are delivered.
- Monitor change readiness through surveys, assessments and feedback sessions.
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks throughout the programme life cycle.
- Support deployment, Go-Live and Hypercare activities to ensure successful transition.
Required Experience
- Experience delivering Change Management within large SAP transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience conducting business readiness and impact assessments.
- Familiarity with recognised Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent).
